Findings revealed patients were less satisfied with the provisions and accessibility provided. While those negative feelings could impact upon their healing process, hence upon their Length of Stay (LOS), however, such correlation could not be determined in the present study.

Keywords: Paediatric community; natural environment; healing process; length of stay
eISSN 2398-4295 © 2018.
